And a lack of control means they don&#8217;t know where it&#8217;s going. The business comes close to going bust. Key staff resign, angry at not having been paid their bonuses.<br \/>\nEventually the cafe bar weathers the storm. A new management regime is introduced, with tighter financial controls and a new stock control system.
